If our finger pads were as steep as our fingerprints' contour lines indicate, they'd be so pointy. Now I'm imagining someone with a finger print that looks like the contour pattern of a famous mountain--like the Matterhorn:

I really love this idea. Who leaves these fingerprints?

My depleted imagination hasn't yet supplied who would have such fingerprints. Maybe a creator god. Maybe they're stick-on fingerprints, and the person is a criminal with a sense of humor (the person calls themself after whatever mountain it is whose print they've adopted--"the Matterhorn was here" or "Fuji was here").

Yeah, maybe that's it.
