December 8: a sled

Today there have been snow flurries, so a sled is good.

This is so delightful! Do you have them all planned or do you make them up day by day??

I have some general ideas because we draw images like these on Christmas cookies (plus I've seen a lot of Advent calendars in my days), and I doodled a few ahead of time, but for instance, neither of the birds, nor the mittens. So mainly--and definitely from here on out--making them up as I go along!
