There were many creatures in my dreams last night: a companion tiger who walked beside me along a snowy, busy highway, a crocodile that tried to eat Little Springtime (but she repelled him), kittens dashing about under dry leaves, and crustaceans and things like diatoms, but large enough to hold, filling a harbor.

They were just-before-waking dreams, so they were super vivid and detailed. They weren't good or bad, just ... intense. And memorable.

The crocodile is easy to interpret, as sharing a pool with crocodiles is a rite of passage for storytellers.
I had a companion animal walking with me last night too, and I thought it strange, but I cannot remember the species.

They all sound very positive things to meet in dreams, especially the tiger on the snowy road - lovely! :)

They were good--their presence made the world rich and comforting.

The tiger's large size was reassuring, although he needed to be looked out for: I had to tell him, "keep back from the edge of the road" and "now, quick, let's run to the next driveway" when there were no cars. And he fell down a slope at one point and needed rescuing. So he was rather like a big dog in that regard. But even if he was not fierce like tigers usually are, or independent, he was a welcome friend.
