I'm really glad to have been able to do some bit of something. Thank *you* for everything *you* do. ... Saying a return thank-you might look like just automatic politeness, but really it's that by writing this, you've given me a chance to say a thing I always think but never find a good opening to say. You do the useful, hard, thankless work that I have a hard time making myself do. It's such a vital part of the mix, and I'm thinking people rarely say thank you to you.
