Asakiyume mita

The crazy thing is even recognizing the truth of what you say--and maybe this is true for you when our positions are reversed (or when someone else is in the position of offering reassurance or encouragement to you)--I still end up feeling all the negative feelings. I'm trying to just not give those feelings much notice, though.
