We had the most crows when I was feeding stray cats. They loved the cat food. We also had a family of baby crows when we had both a really huge elm tree and a raspberry patch. That is all I know about attracting crows.
These days, I watch to see when our neighborhood is the place they gather at sunset to discuss where they'll spend the night. It's especially nice when they crowd into the neighbors' fir tree. Its topmost branches aren't strong enough to hold a mature crow, so the juveniles tilt up there and seem very pleased to be on the very top for a short time. Then the ones in charge make the decision and they all fly away noisily.
