With the bread, I used three parts wheat flour to one part acorn meal, but these were half and half! I followed a recipe for buckwheat crepes, substituting in acorn meal for the buckwheat.

Just by appearance they reminded me of making buckwheat crepes, how funny! They look like they came out fantastically, and I love this idea. Hooray!
