Daisy-family flowers seem to be very good for bees generally. I was in the Vienna Botanic Garden in mid-November once (it's very nice, a small, traditional garden attached to the University, so very plainly and practically laid out like a scientifically-minded allotment), but it had a spectacular bush of some sort of aster, in a lovely shade of fluorescent violet, still in full flower, and absolutely covered with bees.
