It's snowing at a rate of about three inches an hour--a ruler we have on our porch just topped 14 inches.

Our road isn't plowed yet:

The woods are lovely, dark, and deep

In the time I've taken writing this, it's now at 15 inches.

ETA: 16 inches and still falling:

Oh, WOW. I totally DO NOT recognize your street!

That's the view if you go to our driveway and face left, and also walk a little ways, (i.e., past our next-door neighbor)

We walked that way once. It curves uphill, right?

I would never know--I don't recognize a thing. That is so odd!

Yes, that's right. It curves up, and there's a point with some woods to the left--that's the view. But I'm not surprised it looks unfamiliar!
