To me, it seems she's amazingly and deeply read, which helps with the "so well" part, and as for the "so fast," I wonder if it's in part youth? But I don't know for sure. Plus, she devotes a significant amount of her time to it. As I know to my chagrin, the words don't accumulate if you don't actually sit down to write them!
