I had not heard of Lundehunds! I just looked at a picture, and they are very cute! And apparently have very agile heads. But puffin hunting seems like it would be a lot of work for not much reward (if you are in the vicinity of puffins, it seems like it would be less effort to hunt, say, seals).

ETA: Never mind: I see now that they're quite a delicacy not only on the Faeroe Islands but Iceland as well!

The black guillemots were so striking--every time they flew, their wings were like signal flags.
