Oh lovely, I went to college a few miles just down the road from Deep Valley, which is really Mankato, MN, and I had read all of them long before I chose my college. The only one anyone in my family owned was my beloved best-aunt's copy of Betsy and Tacy Go Downtown, which she had read and her daughters had read and I am surprised I did not read it all the way to shreds before my small cousin had it from me.
